Office Health

Today, many office jobs use technology. Almost all activities starting from the data searching, typing, and others are done by using a computer. Not to mention other technologies such as smartphones and many more.

Technology, was mentioned by researchers in the fields of health, has helped eliminate 2000 calories in a day worker. To begin to burn calories while working, there are some strategies that should you apply to, among others:

Moving Meeting
Instead of booking a meeting room, you'll want to invite your colleagues and relatives to come walk with you. Take them seriously. Make sure the subject is discussed not too formal. Exchange ideas and opinions is one thing you can do, not expensive and also more relaxed. By doing this, the calories you will burn faster than having to sit in the boardroom.

Stand
Stand up while talking or typing when you're doing presentations. This makes you more flexible, with more movement, you will increase your metabolism and burn calories.

Search co-worker with the same health objectives
It will be fortunate to have coworkers who have the same health goal, because they will not invite you to eat at fast food restaurants. If you do not have, then immediately find friends with common goals, this will be an additional motivation for you. You and co-workers could have a pedometer (pedometer) to assess who has the most step on the weekdays. This will be great fun, apart from useful to motivate each other, but also beneficial to relieve a little stress.

Control Diet
If you eat with coworkers, offer ideas to order lunch at the same time for one division of labor. In this way, food choices become more controlled. In fact, you can find healthy food choices from other friends to become one of the healthy diet for themselves. Also, make sure you keep a variety of healthy foods in your desk drawer.

Fat-Burning Dietary Foods

Diet program holds important role. In addition to regular exercise, choose and arrange the food into our body carefully is a very good step to improve our diets. But, if you are often confused about the food to be consumed in a good diet. You will afraid that everything you eat will be stored as fat in belly?

Did you know that some foods can help burn fat in the body? If you eat these foods and do regular exercise, it will increase your metabolism and burn more fat more quickly for several hours even after exercise.

Protein
Did you know that it takes more energy to digest protein than to digest fat? So the more protein you eat, the more calories burned. Here are excerpts from the Journal of the American College of Nutrition, Vol. 23, No. 5, 373-385 (2004) based on research conducted by Thomas L. Halton and Frank B. Hu, MD, PhD,:

"A diet high in protein has been shown to enhance the effect of thermogenesis and satiety compared with diets with lower protein content. The results of this study also showed that high protein foods cause a decrease in energy intake at subsequent meals. In the diet, it would be beneficial to partially replace simple carbohydrates with protein sources low in saturated fat. "

Vitamin C
Fruits rich in vitamin C such as orange juice, lemons, oranges, guavas, grapes and oranges reduces the effectiveness of fat and acts as a cofactor of carnitine production in the body, where carnitine is needed to burn body fat acids.

Choline
One of the choline-rich foods is soy. Choline helps inhibit the absorption of fat and break down fat reserves.

Fiber
Foods high in fiber, which usually also have a low glycemic index, insulin levels and help keep our blood sugar more stable, because the function of insulin itself one of which is to store fat.

Calcium
One study reported that the calcium in milk and other dairy products like milk, cheese, and yogurt acts as a fat burner that can increase weight loss by increasing fat solution in fat cells.

Medical Curative Properties of Tea Tree Oil including anti Nail FungusProperties

Tea tree oil is an essential oil. It is created from the distillation of the leaves of the Melaleuca alternifolia tree, a tree native to Australia. Tea tree oil has been used for a variety of medicinal purposes for decades. It is a known anti-fungal, anti-viral, anti-microbial, antiseptic, and antibacterial essential oil. Indigenous Australians once used the crushed leaves to treat colds and other illnesses, as well as injuries.
Medical curative properties of tea tree oil include its anti-nail fungus properties. Nail fungus is an extremely common nail problem. It can appear as a thickened, fragile yellow nail, or it can be dark and distort the nail itself. Nail fungus often shows up on the toenails, but it has been known to develop on fingernails as well. While doctors may consider it more a cosmetic problem, nail fungus can create difficulties with walking and even be painful for some.

Tea tree oil’s antiseptic and anti-fungal properties can help knock out nail fungus at the source. Trim the excess affected nail back and clean, and then apply 100% pure tea tree oil with a clean, soft bristled nail brush two times a day. Do not use this nail brush to clean your other nails to avoid spreading the fungal infections. It may take 6 months before the fungus will clear, since the affected nail will need to regrow, but some improvement may be seen in a matter of weeks.

Athlete’s foot is another common fungal infection of the foot that can be treated with tea tree oil. Athlete’s foot can cause itching and discomfort between the toes. Anecdotal evidence shows that treatment with a 10% tea tree oil cream can effect significant relief for athlete’s foot sufferers.

Candida albicans is an extremely common fungal infection afflicting people. Women who suffer frequent yeast infections are usually victims of candida albicans. Thrush and yeast infections of the mouth, skin folds, and other areas of the body are also usually due to candida albicans. Tea tree oil is an effective anti-fungal treatment for candida.

Women may add a few drops of tea tree oil to a tampon and insert it twice daily (do not wear more than 8 hours at a time). This should continue 5 days. If this is the first yeast infection, diagnosis should be confirmed by a doctor, and if the infection does not clear the woman should also seek medical advice. Tea tree oil can be applied externally to other areas of candida infection as well, but should be avoided in oral infections due to potential toxicity.

Medical curative properties of tea tree oil don’t end with its anti-fungal properties. Tea tree oil has also been used in the treatment of acne, dandruff, herpes simplex viruses, staphylococcus aureus, and bacterial vaginosis, as well as to treat common nail fungus.

To maximize the health benefits of tea tree oil, look for 100% tea tree oil, and use in concentrations of 10%, as studies have shown this is the least likely concentration to lead to bacterial resistance. You can try an tea tree oil based remedy like to zetaclear to help cure your nail fungus.
